Terms of Service.
The terms that apply when you work with Messenger Studio or use our services.
Our services
Messenger Studio provides website design and development, video and photography, WordPress care and hosting, and AI receptionist services. The details of each project are agreed in a proposal or plan before work begins.
Accounts and billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Subscriptions, such as care plans and the AI receptionist, are billed monthly and can be canceled before the next billing date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive, or in a way that interferes with the services for others.
Intellectual property
Once your project is paid in full, the deliverables made for you are yours. We may keep and show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Messenger Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Termination
Either of us may end a service. When a service ends, you will have 30 days to request an export of your content and data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page.
